The foundation of the 'Force RR' is not the livery, but the scooter's entirely new shape. PWB developed a proprietary widebody kit to transform the Yamaha's friendly, upright stance into something far more aggressive and athletic. The new panels add visual mass and reinterpret the scooter's proportions to better echo the muscularity of the Fireblade. This dedication to form is evident in the details, like the PWB 'RR' carbon fiber front fender, which uses a clean, screwless design to create a pure, uninterrupted surface. It’s a case of thoughtful design executed with precision.

With the new silhouette in place, the visual deception could begin. PWB leveraged their deep expertise in vehicle wraps to painstakingly translate the CBR1000RR-R's classic livery onto the Force's complex curves. The process was anything but simple, requiring tens of hours of careful work. Different vinyl materials were precisely cut and layered to replicate the factory paint scheme's colors and finishes. This is not just a sticker kit; it's a testament to the artisan's skill, and the element that so effectively convinces the eye it's seeing a machine from a rival manufacturer.

A convincing look requires a proper stance, and PWB invested heavily in the chassis to ensure the Force RR handles as sharply as it looks. The stock suspension was replaced with high-performance GJMS components, featuring FS-X inverted forks up front and adjustable iX H/L rear shocks. A stunning aftermarket rear swingarm from Cai-Reis further enhances rigidity and visual appeal. Braking is handled by Brembo calipers at both ends, fed by an RCS master cylinder, while lightweight GPRO GX-5 forged wheels reduce unsprung weight, sharpening the scooter’s response to input.

A build of this caliber is defined by its finishing touches. The auditory experience is sharpened by a certified Huangfeng BT1 exhaust, giving the 155cc engine a throatier voice. In the cockpit, the stock handlebars were swapped for a tougher-looking black aluminum flat bar, paired with modern 'winglet' style mirrors that mimic current superbike trends. From the custom-upholstered seat to the myriad of smaller aesthetic parts like the radiator guards and titanium-finish side stand, every element has been chosen to contribute to a single, unified vision of a superbike in scooter form.
