Maximum Attack: A KYMCO Racing S150 Built to Brawl

At the core of this build is a heavily modified powerplant designed for maximum response. The stock engine was swapped for a TTMRC RR 63/550 stroker and big bore kit, a massive jump in capacity. Fueling is handled by a sophisticated CODO dual-injector rotary valve system, managed by a fully programmable aRacer SUPER X ECU. This setup, typically seen on high-level race bikes, allows for precise fuel mapping across the rev range. To support the engine’s higher demands, an oversized 180cc injector, a Garuda oil cooler, and a lightened magneto were installed to ensure stability and reduce parasitic drag. A full CODO transmission system, including a Fan-brand clutch, ensures every bit of power makes it to the pavement, announced by a deep growl from the Moto-R M1S exhaust.

Power is nothing without control. To that end, the chassis and braking systems were completely overhauled with premier components. The front end now sports a set of gold-anodized GJMS FS-X inverted forks, a significant upgrade that provides superior rigidity and damping compared to the stock telescopic units. In the rear, a pair of GJMS GX H/L shocks with remote reservoirs handle suspension duties. Braking power is immense, courtesy of a Brembo M50 monoblock radial caliper gripping a FAR floating disc up front, all actuated by a Brembo RCS14 master cylinder. A smaller Brembo 'crab' caliper provides stopping power at the rear. The final touch is a set of lightweight G-PRO GR5 forged aluminum wheels, drastically reducing unsprung weight for sharper handling.

While initially conceived with a different look, the owner ultimately opted for a classic motorsport-inspired livery of deep blue, red, and white. This track-ready aesthetic is amplified by a liberal application of carbon fiber. Key structural and cosmetic pieces—including the front fender, instrument surrounds, tail section panels, and even an A-bar frame brace—are all rendered in the lightweight composite. This not only reduces weight but also gives the bike a cohesive, high-tech identity. Unique details, like the custom-made clear acrylic under-seat compartment that showcases the engine work, and a Jinxin Apollo projector headlight, finish off a build that’s as much about function and fine detail as it is about outright performance.
