Stone Cold Force: A Yamaha Scooter Carved From Marble

From Taiwan, this Yamaha Force blends high-end performance hardware with a delicate, stone-like aesthetic to create a truly unique street machine.

The Taiwanese custom scooter scene is a world unto itself, a place where practicality and wild creativity collide. This Yamaha Force, hailing from the workshop of 昇鋒-超藝, is a testament to that spirit. Named “雲紋•御石” (Cloud Pattern, Royal Stone), the project masterfully reinterprets the scooter’s aggressive lines through an organic lens. The core idea was to translate the flowing, layered texture of marble into a language of speed. The result is a machine that appears both static and fluid, hard and soft—a rolling piece of sculpture built with an uncompromising focus on performance.

Chapter 01

Power Through a Polished Lens

Beneath the calm, stone-like exterior beats a seriously upgraded heart. The engine has been significantly bored and stroked, running a '63/300' setup common in Taiwan's high-performance scene. Fueling is managed by a sophisticated aRacer RC Super X ECU, a top-tier programmable computer that’s a hallmark of serious Asian tuning projects. A 999R dual-injector kit ensures the engine has all the fuel it needs. Spent gases exit through a full titanium Over Racing TT-RS exhaust, with a custom high-mounted header pipe that snakes its way through the chassis. To manage the increased heat, the build includes an upgraded KOSO radiator and durable TFC silicone hoses, ensuring performance remains consistent.

"This bike is not just a moving machine, but more like a piece of art stone given the soul of speed."

Chapter 02

A Foundation of Absolute Control

The chassis and braking components are nothing short of top-shelf. Up front, the original fork has been replaced by an MSP UF2 system, enabling a crucial dual-disc brake conversion. Braking power comes from a pair of Brembo 484 CNC radial calipers, paired with twin NCY floating rotors. In the rear, a matching Brembo CNC 'crab' caliper provides support. The entire system is controlled by Brembo master cylinders. Handling is managed by a set of Öhlins dual-bottle rear shock absorbers, while a Luomeng L-type frame brace adds necessary rigidity. The scooter’s long, low stance is achieved with a 12cm rear extension kit, all rolling on lightweight G-PRO GT18 wheels.

Chapter 03

The Art of Aggressive Grace

The build's visual identity lies in the stark contrast between its organic finish and its sharp, mechanical form. The bodywork is covered in a masterful marble-effect paint job by Duya, which gives the panels a sense of depth and natural complexity. This isn't a vinyl wrap—it's painstakingly applied paint. Scattered across the bike are dozens of titanium components from Bafengte, from the handlebars and levers to the side stand and fluid reservoir caps. Their heat-treated, multi-color anodized finish is intended to evoke crystals embedded within the marble. Custom lighting, including projector headlights and a cleanly integrated Yamaha TMAX taillight, modernizes the scooter's presence, while a relocated Koso RXF digital dash tidies up the cockpit.

“Unassuming, yet impossible to ignore.” That’s how the builder describes this Yamaha Force on the road. It’s a perfect summary. By combining an extensive and expensive list of performance parts with a refined, artistic concept, the team has created a machine that transcends the typical custom scooter. It’s a study in contrasts that stands as a remarkable piece of two-wheeled art.
